If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Membership Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and/or you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Account and Registration Obligations

If SPAK has any reason to believe that any of the information you provide is untrue or inaccurate, SPAK has the right to suspend your account infinitely or terminate your membership.

Pricing Information

While SPAK does its best to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SPAK shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

In the event that SPAK accepts your order the same shall be debited to your account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to SPAK dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.

Shipping Policy

SPAK is committed to deliver your order in good condition and within the given time frame. Hence, we ship your order through reputed courier agencies.

spakpaper.co.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of spakpaper.co.in prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offers.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at sales@spakpaper.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order on SPAKpaper?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by signing in to your account and cancelling the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

Cancellation by spakpaper.co.in

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back to your account.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on spakpaper.co.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by spakpaper.co.in with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. spakpaper.co.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud.

You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by spakpaper.co.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. spakpaper.co.in reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), spakpaper.co.in has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of spakpaper.co.in and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site

You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
